Privacy Policy

VetMed Pro is developed and published by Zima Logistics LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Short version: VetMed Pro does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information or patient data. All clinical data stays on your device. We have no server that stores user data.

1. Data You Enter Into the App

All data you enter — patient records, SOAP notes, visit history, drug logs, DEA controlled substance entries, and personal notes — is stored exclusively on your device. We cannot access this data. We do not receive it over any network.

2. iCloud Backup

VetMed Pro uses Apple's iCloud Drive to create backups of your data. These backups are written to your personal iCloud Drive account, not to our servers. Apple encrypts your iCloud data using your Apple ID credentials. We have no access to your iCloud Drive. Backup uploads are hash-gated — a new snapshot is only written when data actually changes.

You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → VetMed Pro.

3. Analytics and Tracking

VetMed Pro contains no analytics frameworks, no telemetry, no crash reporters, and no advertising SDKs. We do not track how you use the app. We do not collect usage statistics. We do not use cookies or similar identifiers.

4. Drug and Clinical Data Sources

Drug monographs, interaction data, and protocol references included in the app are embedded in the app binary and do not require network access. These datasets are updated with each app release via the App Store. No user-identifiable data is transmitted when downloading updates.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment card information. We receive only a purchase confirmation from Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple's privacy policy governs payment processing.

6. Children's Privacy

VetMed Pro is designed for licensed veterinary professionals. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and release a new version of the app. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
